What are Activities?
Activities are items that occur on a daily basis. They can be either fixed time items (e.g. a 10:00 AM bicycle tour), or
they can be items that are booked on ad hoc time basis (e.g. tennis lessons that could occur anytime between 8 AM and 6
PM).
How does Xtreme-Res handle Activities?
Selecting the activity on the Activity or Rental tab automatically displays a calendar. The calendar will let you quickly
check the availability for any day.
The calendar is color-coded to make it easy to determine availability. In the above example red indicates that the activity
is not available and dark green indicates that it is 100% available. Numbers on the calendar days indicate the percentage
still available.
Selecting a day and number of participants will create a booking for your customer.
The system will calculate taxes and total the amount due.
The booking transaction is finalized by taking payment from your customer.

Prompts
It is important that waivers are signed and customers are informed of special circumstances.
Prompts automatically remind system users to complete all steps. Action taken by the user is recorded in the database.
Additionally, prompts can remind users to upsell or sell additional goods and services.
Resources
Customers can be assigned to resources such as specific guides, rafts, pick-up points, etc.
